  • Beef

    Our herd of cows are all born and raised on our farm; we are proud to raise hormone and antibiotic free cattle. All cattle are fed on pasture & hay, they are finished on hay, pasture and locally produced grains to provide excellent taste and marbling. Customers appreciate the clean taste and love how the ground beef is not loaded with grease and fat. We sell our whole, halves and quarters by the hanging weight (HW).

    Whole or Half Beef $6.50/lb hanging weight (270-375 lbs on half)

    Quarter Beef $7.00/lb Hanging weight (135-175 lbs)

    50 lb Beef Share (similar to 1/8 Beef) $500

    20-25 lbs of Ground Beef

    5-6 lbs of Premium Steak (Ribeye, T-Bone, Sirloin, NY Strip, or Filet)

    8-12 lbs of Roasts (Chuck, Pot Roast, Eye Round, Tip Roast or Brisket)

    12-18 lbs Assorted Cuts (May Include: Short Ribs, Stew beef, Sirloin Cap (Picanha), Tri-tip, Chuck Steak, Flank Steak, Skirt Steak, Burger Patties & more!)

  • Pork

    Our heritage breed pigs produce tasty, succulent pork due to the high marbling and darker color from the heritage breeds. They are woodland raised so they are never confined and are allowed to root and run around. This is not your typical grocery store pork, taste the difference today! Just like our cattle, we are proud to be antibiotic and hormone free with our pork as well.
